The following policies are respected and followed by Anything Anymated and associates.

Satisfaction

Satisfaction is determined by the client and should be a reflection of the original description. Often, a client may recognize the growth of a projects potential and will decide to make considerable changes during production. Major alterations of this sort wll result in additional hours being billed to the customer invoice.

 

In the event that the client is not satisfied with the initial production of the original concept, then an addition (2) alterations will be available at no cost to the client. In the event that the client is not satisfied with the (3) prior attempts, then a 50% cancellation fee will replace the customers bill.

 

Refund Policy

In the event that a client is not satisfied the work produced by Anything Anymated, then that client is entitled to a 50% refund. This protects both parties from losing too large an investment in either time or money. Paypal payments are protected and refundable.

 

Payment Policies

Web Design Process

A minimum deposit of fifty percent (50%) is required to commence work. Once the 50% deposit is received by the designers, basic design concepts will be put online for the Client's viewing and approval.

 

Late Fees

A $5.00 Charge will occur every 30 days the hosting bill is not paid thru.

 

Payments for updats are due when complete, a $15.00 charge will occur every 7 days updates are not paid thru.

 

The client will be able to view the project online and express their preferences or dislikes to the Designer. Upon completion of the material, an e-mail or letter and invoice will be sent to the Client advising the Client that the work has been completed. Final payment of the remaining balance plus any additional charges incurred will due at that time.

 

Turn-A-Round Time

The Designer will make every effort to complete the project by the projected completion date. In the event the developer is not able to secure the needed information, approvals or other items needed from the client by this time, then %50 percent of the remaining design balance will be due at this time, and work will be completed upon receiving the needed information from the client.

 

Updates

Simple Updates

Simple updates include adding text or an image to a pre-existing page, this updates are $5.00 each.

Complex updates

Complex updates include building frames, tables, slideshows, pages, ect. These udates are billed at $25.00 per hour.

 

Hosting Fees

Hosting fees are due on the 1st of every month , if hosting fees are not paid by the 15th of every month a $5.00 late fee will be applied to next month hosting. If in the event hosting fee are not paid within this 45 day time span, then the hosting service will be terminated.
