Anything Anymated Rights
-Anything Anymated is not responsible for copyright infringement.
-All content provided by the client is assumed to be the client’s property.
-The right to retain %50 non-refundable deposit.
-The right to refuse work. (No Porn.)
-Anything Anymated does not provide workable files.

Client Rights
- Client has the right to have their request satisfied; when you make a request for an alteration, we won’t charge you extra hours to get it right.
- Client owns the project paid for and has the right to use and display the project at will.

Conditions

• All content must be provided by the client and submitted through email or mail on cd or dvd (content is text,  photos and movies) .
• A 50% deposit is required to begin work.
• The remaining balance is due upon completion.
• Client does not receive their product until the final payment is made.
• Payments may be accepted via credit or debit card, cash on hand, money order or check payable to Anything Anymated
• We provide contracts and confidentiality agreements.

Glossary of Terms

Website
A collection of files, usually html files, that are broadcasted over the world wide web and act as an online portfolio for business and individual use.
Layout
The layout is the overall structure of a website, including the placement of content, navigation headers and footers. Layouts are determined in the design stages of production and are not alterable in HTML stage.
Navigation Bar
The menu users need to navigate between web-pages. It’s usually placed under the header and above the content.
Change
A change is a request to alter the original agreement/conditions of a project. A change requested by client may cause a difference in hours logged and will be reflected in a new balance.
Update
Updates are performed when making an alteration or change, then updating the files on the server. Updates are usually weekly, or monthly and require a small reoccurring fee.
Alteration
Different from a change or update. An Alteration is a variation of a file. The properties of an assignment are its colors, fonts, sizes and/or frame rate. An example of an Alteration is when the client request to see a logo image with a different color or font. The client is allowed 3 alterations at 2 different phases of development, free of charge.
Content
It is the responsibility of the client to provide all text, images, and sounds to be displayed. Any content requested by Anything Anymated will cost extra.
Footer
Appears at the bottom of all web pages. It is typical for a footer to display the company name, year of copyright and name of developer.
Header
The header appears atop the webpage, usually displaying company name and logo.
Hyperlink
A hyperlink can be text or an image that, when clicked upon, will open a new html page.
Reference link
calls an image or movie to be displayed into a web page.
Deposit
A deposit is funds paid to begin services for production. Deposits represent the client’s investment and secures the developers commitment. Deposits are non-refundable.
